How, mechanically, does one “reassign” the license for Office 2007 when moving it from one machine to another?

I have found the rules, but not the procedure, for moving Office 2007 from one machine to another and reassigning the license. If I delete it from machine #1 and install it on machine #2, will it allow me to activate it on machine #2?

Call costumer service.
Yes.. you have several activations before it will ask you call customer service. Just delete it from the first system and install it on the second.
