How can I buy just a license key for Office 2007?

I have the student edition of Microsoft Office 2003, including the disk. I am still a student, and have downloaded the trial of the student edition of Office 2007. I’d like to upgrade permanently, but is there a way to buy just the license, and have it available immediately?
P.S. I don’t mind installing it myself - it’s just that I’ve heard it’s less expensive to buy just a license. Even microsoft’s site tells you this, but I can’t find a place that sells just the license.

My Dad says most businesses use Microsoft Office 2003 and I should buy Microsoft Office 2003. Should I buy Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007? I would buy Microsoft Office 2007, but the price is $679.99 compared to $289.99 for MS Office 2003.

My Microsoft Office 2007 trial ended last Sunday and now I can’t use any of my Word or Excel files. Is there any way to go back to the old excel without the original or any back up disks?
