How to change Microsoft Office 2007 from Spanish to English?

I bought a computer that has Office 2007 installed but it is in Spanish. It doesn’t have the Microsoft Tools Tab so i can’t do it that way. I found my way into the language part “idioma” inside Word and changed it to Ingles but it never changed over. Anybody know how to make this work??
